A Paris Codex Bookplate

I found this bookplate in: Ehrich, Robert W., ed., Relative Chronologies in Old World Archaeology, University of Chicago Press, Chicago, 1954.

Anyone out there know any Franklin Folsoms? I’d be interested in knowing where the bookplate came from.
